- Developing & executing sales campaigns
- Working closely with Sales, Business Development Department to maintain an up-to-date contact list of potential customers
- Coaching and monitoring Team to achieve good KPI achievement
- Updating and moritoring sales result, feedbacks from other departments and parners to push Team to meet the targets
- Recording customer data and productivity metrics (e.g.. products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose
- Ensuring Team business operation in compliance with internal & external policies, regulations & standards
- Managing and updating continuously call scripts/protedures
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and affiliates. Building good relationship with other departments in the company.
- Regularly updating CF market changes and suggest/propose the method/solution to cope with change accordingly
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by Head of Sales
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
- At least 4 years’ experience working in FMCG or Consumer Finance management position, preferably working in banking or financial institution
- Experience in regional Sales
- Deep understanding of CF bank’s products
- Strong oral & vebal communication skill
- Leadership & negotiation skills
- Time management skill
- Analytical skill
- Integrity & honesty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluency in Vietnamese & English
