Consumer & Market Insight Work

  • Fuel marketing teams with constantly refreshed trends and knowledge identified through market, consumer & shopper, Competition, innovations, channels, FMCG trends, macro trends etc.
  • Develop and review learning agenda with marketing teams, manage the learning budget with good prioritization and clear phasing in a full year base to make sure all the core needs are addressed
  • Put in place the right level of researches (standard researches methodologies, also willing to adapt new agile ones) to make sure achieving good understanding and insight in efficient ways.
  • Drive the relevant analysis on day-to-day business utilizing retail data, consumer panel, internal data and other approaches to building learnings, validate assumptions or solve the problems.
  • Implement ‘consumer-is-the-boss’ concept, actively support and advise marketing teams on various topics by bringing the ‘consumer proven’ insights
  • Actively support on strategic planning – brand strategy, marketing planning, innovation managements, portfolio management, new territory & new opportunity exploration etc.

Consumer & Market Insight community

  • Act as a bridge between local marketing / business teams and Group CMI community, by closely working with Asia CMI director to share local business status /research project status, and to fuel global CMI approach /learnings back to country
  • Working as one team, actively participate in Asia /Group strategic insight community on trend sharing, best practices sharing, support or lead multi-market landscape exploration, project, and workshops.

Research Agency Management

  • Develop and maintain and efficient and productive relationship with core agency partners. Fight for good resources on project and always drive for high quality deliverables.
  • Fuel relevant business knowledge and background to the agency aiming growing them as long-term business partners
  • Willing to explore, try, and adapt new way of research, positively challenge current research protocols, always pursing higher efficient way of CMI
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University degree with at least 8 experience years in the similar position
  • Professional experience in research agencies
  • Professional experience as inhouse researcher/CMI roles, experience in FMCG international companies.
  • Depth and broad knowledge of the Vietnam market and Vietnamese consumers, also having strong interest in broader countries with different cultural background and landscapes in ASEAN as well as in Asia.
  • Solid competencies in project management
  • Ability to work on multi-tasking respecting timelines
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate in a complex context
  • Ability to think out of the box and challenge dogmas and preconceived truths
  • Self-motivated
  • Quick learner
  • Team player
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
