Tuyển dụng Head of Legal - Real Estate

1. Advise the Board of Directors on the macroeconomic policies affecting the Company's operations:
- Study the legal documents being drafted or newly promulgated.
- Proposed solutions to the Board of Directors and other units of the Company to ensure the operation in accordance with the law and ensure the interests of the Company.
2. Legal advice:
- Organizing the updating and co-ordination with the Training Department guiding the new laws related to the Company's activities for the relevant departments and units.
- Organizing and managing the sample contract system of the Company.
- Check the legality of the contract before signing.
- Organizing the verification of legal documents sent to customers, partners, suppliers, ...
- Review the legality of ISO documents before issuing them in the Company.
3. Carrying out the legal procedures related to the Company's business activities:
- Identify legal provisions related to activities to be implemented.
- Guiding and coordinating implementation with the assurance department in accordance with the law.
- Build relationships within and outside the Company to support the work.
4. Settlement of complaints:
- Directly or subordinate employees in court proceedings at the court or arbitration.
