Mô tả công việc
- Oversee all the working task and activities of call center, warehouse and delivery suppliers.
- Monitor and control every department including call center.
- Keep looking for how to improve the business and target.
- Set the KPIs and control and monitor the staff to achieve the KPIs.
- Execute the monthly staff appraisal and performance management.
- Make the business development plan, develop the department that are managed.
- Assign task and target to all department and support to achieve the target.
- Evaluate the manpower abilities and suggest the human resource strategy to be suitable to the company development.
- Make the weekly, monthly and quarterly report to the General Director.
- Set the operation budget and control the budget that is approved.
- Other tasks assigned by the General Director.
