- High-performing Oversea Business Development Manager.
- Plan sales plans, Justiy the sales plans to the top management, and carry out the plans to reach the defined targets.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
- Propose marketing strategies base on each market features to support customers/distributors increase sales.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Manage the sales team to execute the sales plans and to target the revenue goal.
- Take care and maintain relationships with old customers. Search for new market.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from top university (Prefer FTU, UEH, UEL,…), major in international economics
- At least 5 years experiences in Oversea Sales in Export field. (Must Have Experience in Confectionery Sales).
- Well know & expert in China/Japan/Korea Market and Distribution network.
- Fluent in English.
- Humble, High sense of responsibility, Persistence, Teamwork Spirit.
- Passionate for Traveling Foreign Countries & Meeting Foreigners.
- Good presentation skill.
