• Planning & up the business development strategy for the assigned market.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets for aesthetics products/services.
• Organizing and deploying business to achieve the set targets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Proposing to Superiors to have business policy solutions suitable to the actual situation.
• Expanding and developing the regional market.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Construction, training, product knowledge training and skills for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the results of employees in the department..
• Coordinate other departments in the company to ensure efficiency and work progress.
• Manage budgets allocated to teams effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated University in business administration or related field. Experienced in Aesthetics/Banking/Insurances industry will be a big plus.
• Excellent in communication.
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
