  • Develop new customers and businesses for company including hangers and print & packaging such as poly bag, hang tag, label in garment industry.
  • Support the sales leads to meet customers' demand including products development, transaction terms and conditions negotiation, problem’s solving.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct market research about customers' demand, competitors and new development.
  • Be responsible to lead the team performance toward assigned budget.
  • Deploy the assigned tasks and actively update the progression.
  • Ensure that all follow up processes and activities are accomplished according to Company policies.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise to Group's account managers to develop new business.
  • Foresee and manage the potential risk.
  • Coach and train the team's members.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive thinking, team working with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively.
  • Chinese speaking.
