• Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
• Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
• Researching information as required.
• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc,...
• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
• From time to time, translation of English documents into Vietnamese or reverse.
• Distribution of information and documents to the various project participants.
• Completing any tasks assigned by the GD in an efficient and timely manner.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Basic education: Bachelor in Languages, Business Administration,…
• Experience: 02 years.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Having experience in construction, power energy field.
• Team work, cooperation, collaboration, support in teamwork in order to complete works.
• Initiative & active in work, self-planning, arrange and organize for work effectively.
• Honestly, high sense of responsibility.
• Serious behavior, concentrate in works.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PP,…
