Mainly involves Human Resources (HR) duties on Compensation and Benefits. The successful candidate will provide support to human resources functions under the compensation & benefits team, generate management reports, as well as ad-hoc HR projects.
The main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Monitor the periodic social insurance, health insurance to ensure it runs smoothly
- Manage the paperwork process related to foreign staff including but not limited to: visa, work permit, temporary resident card, etc., and support them personally
- Build, develop, and maintain employee information storage systems
- Monitor and implement the company's labor management & labor legislation
- Manage, follow and update the Company's organizational chart and divisions
- Participate in consulting, guiding, informing and answering employees of the company on issues related to labor legislation, processes and policies of the company's human resources functions
- Elaborate new C&B policies based on business growth and law. Compare with the labor market, the competitor to build-up good salary, benefits policy
- Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policy and procedure of company
- Manage the start/stop work process for employees and make the appropriated adjustments
- Manage and support preparing internal events that our company participate in
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management (research, translation, etc.)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Having at least 3 years of experience in HR Specialist or HR C&B
- Having experience to work with foreigners is an advantage
- Having experience to work with the authorities is an advantage
- Having experience in leading a small group from 3 people is an advantage
- Good command of English (~ equal to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800)
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (Doc, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
- Trustworthy, careful and organized
- Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
