*** Job Purpose
To lead the C&B and HR general services in SAI Studio, and assist SEA C&B Manager in coordinating C&B function at SEA level, playing an active role in developing and implementing C&B strategy in line with corporate needs, ensuring both our competitiveness and strategy in attracting, motivating, and retaining talents:
• Provide efficient daily services and consultancy to SAI HR team, managers and employees in C&B and HR general services;
• Assist SEA C&B Manager on varied projects and assignments to ensure smooth coordination of the C&B function across SEA (C&B projects, policy, process, standards…);
• Build and develop the team, driving for high employees’ experience and performance through effective management and leadership;
• Encourage collaboration with other teams and departments, as well as participation to transversal projects contributing to the improvements of HR and the Company.
*** Principal Accountabilities
A. STRATEGY AND POLICY:
• Join in the process of devising proper C&B/HR Services strategy for SAI studio; ensure efficient implementation of the strategy across studios with proper solutions and constant improvements, taking into account local situation and regulations;
• Coordinate the review of varied policies and processes (salary structure, salary review guidelines, bonus etc.) in C&B and HR Services, or Studio regulations in general;
• Advise upper managers in and/or directly work on the conception, revision, roll-out, and communication of compensation & benefits programs and policies, based on insightful analytics with pro-active, consistent and clear instructions or approach;
• Research and keep updated about HR/C&B trends and market best practices (salary, bonus, benefits…); provide recommendation and proposals that suit corporate needs
B. OPERATIONS:
a) C&B processing:
• Manage salary surveys and benefits surveys; manage the data collection for surveys; process data acquired from surveys; draw insights from market data;
• Ensure SAI payroll, social insurance submission, PIT report, and other HR reports accurately and timely manner;
• Oversee the monthly coordination of SAI payroll and SEA payroll reports;
• Ensure compliance with labor code, tax regulations and internal processes;
• Prepare annual salary review and coordinate with HQ to give advice to C&B’s stakeholders including HRBP and Managers
• Monitor the bonus scheme and process;
• Administer employee benefits program.
b) HR administration, optimization and internal control:
• Supervise team members to handle the Labor contract, Staff profile, Leave management, OT management, admin services of the in-charge business unit;
• Oversee expat administration services, making sure compliance, as well as efficient and timely services, be the person in charge, to foreign employees;
• Keep HR and C&B processes and procedures up-to-date, optimized, and effective;
• Coordinate HR audits; build up and conduct internal control procedures to ensure compliance and prevent risk;
• Collaborate in HRIS projects and matters, provide valued inputs or proposals from C&B and HR services perspectives;
• Ensure timely and effective responses to employees’ queries;
• Directly handle and/or provide consultancy to HRBP in legal and discipline matters;
c) Budget management:
• Coordinate SAI HR budgeting, quarterly budget review; ensuring budget is respected;
• Assist in the coordination of SEA HR budgeting process
• Ensure HR cost control/analytics (salary/bonus/benefits analysis, simulation, reporting etc.) as needed;
d) HR consultancy:
• Watch over legal changes to update or advise C&B policies;
• Actively research on best practices to propose improvements, and recommendations on various C&B and HR matters;
e) Join in or coordinate C&B projects and programs depending on needs;
f) Reporting and other requests:
• Coordinate and produce reports, with attention to effectiveness and accuracy;
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks upon request by upper managers.
C. TEAM MANAGEMENT:
• Manage team members’ task assignment, performance and motivation; set objectives for each member;
• Train, coach, and instruct direct team members and other HR team members to help them perform and achieve expected results in C&B and HR services;
• Help define career path and development plan for each team members;

A. Qualifications
1. Knowledge
• Comprehensive understanding of labor market as well as C&B methodologies, HR trends & market best practices;
• 3-5 years of experience at management level in C&B and HR services in foreign companies;
• Strong knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law, expat administration and other related regulations;
• Understanding of game industry and Company’s activities;
2. Skills & Attitude
• Strong analytical skill and numerical skill; good ability to handle a huge number of data with accuracy and deadline commitment, as well as ability to interpret and draw insights from data in clearly understandable reports and dashboards;
• Good organizational skill and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities;
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence and persuade others, especially in situations that require diplomacy and tact;
• Results Orientation: a commitment to demonstrably improving team performance; a positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with can-do approach;
