1. Marketting:
- Give market analysis and prediction to have a clear and correct guideline to company business.
- Keep good relationship with current customers and look for, build up relationship with prospective customers.
- Manage price, forecast, marginal profit data, work with customer’s inquiries, sastify customer’s need and protect company’s profit.
2. System management:
- Ensure accuracy of database information, optimize system process to be compatible with actual process, provide access to persons related and directly control data of F/G W/H, Sales Orders on Ecount ERP .
- Manage OBAMA Intranet system: provide access to persons related; set up the application; supervise the overall process; ensure smooth operation, discover or receive the errors from the operators, work with SEHC developer for modification or improvement
- Establish, modify and manage “Plan & Stock” System, in order to display correct information of F/G W/H, the closest area to DOs while Ecount does not have the effective menu for that purpose.
- Manage the company information, registration, agreement, contract, masterdata on G-SRM. Issue Delivery note for POs and DOs.
3. PO & DO management
- Monitor PO status, PSO’s request to ensure on time delivery. Analyze PO status, forecast and predict the schedule for material planning, production and manpower planning.
- Mornitor DO status, DO Team’s request to ensure on time delivery. Analyze SOP W+2 and feedback to SCM in advance to avoid risk of shortage of materials.
4. F/G W/H management
- Establish, supervise, improve rule & regulation, working process to ensure accuracy with high efficiency, quality of the products.
- Manage manpower, distribute the work properly.
- Manage related facilities, order needed ultilities.
