• Work with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to propose initiatives to improve talent acquisition programs, processes, creative pipeline building/sourcing strategies, and optimize the talent acquisition structure.
• Develop and maintain an effective recruitment ad for high visibility with potential labour markets.
• Develop employer branding to ensure high attraction for good candidates.
• Develop internal talent pool for recruitment requisition fill and meet the growing talent needs of organizations
• Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these into successful workforce planning and search strategies.
• Manage recruitment processes/ techniques, provide counsel and direction on all matters related to structure implementation and recruitment
• Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team to ensure the timeline standard for recruitment requisition
• Conduct Talent Mapping to ensure updated information of labor market
• Partnership with Division/ Department Heads to design and implement Manpower Planning for future
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good at English communication
• University degree, preferable in Human Resources Management / Law / Business Administration
• At least 6-year experience in similar role with recruitment background at distribution firms as a must.
• Good at Interview and selection skills, interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skill
• Experience in head-hunting firms
• The ability to work under challenging environment
