The job-holder will be responsible for control of HR activities and propose HR initiatives aligned with company business direction:
• Understand business requirements, review current HR activities, analyse HR metrics and make proposal for HR improvements in alignment with company direction
• Oversees and ensure smooth HR operation, including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training etc.
• Advise Line Managers and respond to employee concerns in HR matters
• Encourage and maintain employee relations by undertaking necessary consultation and effective communication with labor representatives
• Lead team members and train them to fill the skill & knowledge gap On Job Training basis
* Administration:
- In charge of routine admin tasks, ensure all tasks are done properly and meet the deadline
- Represent to work with government authorities, building management for all company administration issues
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Sourcing, evaluating suppliers effectively to purchase products and services for the office operations
- Frequently update with suppliers for the situation of market price fluctuations and get the best quotations
- In charge of review and revision of contracts for office supplies, negotiating prices and contracts to obtain the best terms and conditions
- Create and control all office asset management procedures and related issues
- Execute payment schedule, payment process of all office supplies
- Organize and save department files, contracts, dispatches, etc.
- Support our expat staffs in visa application, work permit and TRC, find apartments, execute leased contracts
- Handle amendment of company ERC and IRC
- Find, set up new office, review and negotiate all office leased terms and conditions
- Handle new office interior and construction
- Draft, review and revise admin procedure, policies and regulations
* Human Resources:
HR operation
- Draft, review documents related to human resources such as announcements, official dispatches, proposals, reports, minutes, decisions, contracts, etc. according to the actual arising work
- Formulate, review and revise HR policies and regulations in accordance with the law
C&B:
- Implementation and settlement of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other insurance (if any) for employees
- Monitor working hours, annual leave and the implementation of internal labor regulations of employees; other C&B jobs such as timekeeping, payroll on a monthly basis for employees
Training:
- Integration training for new employees
- Build training plans through evaluating staff’s quality and Departments' needs; build and standardize training process, training commitment and post-training evaluation
- Exploit and organize training classes according to the Company's training plan
Other HR work:
- Supervise the implementation of the Company’s rules and regulations
- Work closely with both local and expat employees to ensure a smooth onboarding
- Organize company's events and benefits such as team building activities, Year End Party, and other events
- Other work assigned by BOD

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree of the majors: Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related majors
- Proven record of management experience of HR & Admin team
- Good command of English, both in written and spoken
- Excellent drafting, review and revise skills of all HR & Admin related regulations/policies/contracts/other documents for all office operations activities
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Result-oriented, careful, high accuracy, and excellent attention to details
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, proactive, multi-tasking
- Good organization, planning and time management skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
- Work well in a team or independently
