Mô tả công việc
  • Receive job requests for team in Vietnam and ensure departments receive completed and accurate information from customers.
  • Daily check team mail for receiving full jobs from clients.
  • Classify job level to input team folder
  • Ensure all related files are download for job processing
  • List down job detail in Project Tracking on Google sheet
  • Create & set schedule for jobs on WorkFlow Max
  • To check the use and expense of electricity, water, stationery, company car, etc.
  • Handle activities of company as Company trip, Christmas, 20/10, 8/3, Birthday party, year end party
  • To check for ensuring the good condition of fittings, furniture, office equipment and landscape.
  • In charge for checking hygiene, cleaning office maintenance.
  • In charge for traveling, accommodation, team building and relevant issues under responsibilities of admin.
  • To arrange and negotiate for corporation agreement with service agents for administrative issues
  • Support Recruitment & c&B task when needed.
  • Perform duties assigned by Team Leader
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University degree (preferred fields are HR, Communication, PR, Sociology and Psychology, Accounting)
  • Good communication Skill
  • Be careful and enthusiasm
  • Good at English
  • Prior experience in the multinational environment is desired
