• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
• Creating and improving proposals for our existing and new clients.
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
• Analyzing current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
• Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
• New product development.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish timescales for development of new products with manufacturing departments, R&D department.
• Developing effective marketing strategies and plans.
• Plan and take part in the launch of new product.
• Create product content such as poster, leaflet, videos, website.
• Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by Vice - Managing Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a business role.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts about planning, operations management preferred.
• Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
• Product or industry-specific experience preferred.
• Knowledge, skills, and other abilities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented.
