Mô tả công việc
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Develop relationship with Rhenus overseas offices and network of Agents.
- Manage customer contracts and quotation process.
- Increasing business with existing customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Support the superior during the acquisition process.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Any other job assigned by Head of Sales.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese. French is a plus.
- Good team player.
- Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.
- Being flexible and responsive to customers' changing needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business management, logistics or any related fields.
- 2 - 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry is a must.
