Mô tả công việc
- Contacting agent to check rate and arrange shipments smoothly.
- Looking for agent with best rate and best service to develop nominated shipments, especially China, USA, EU, South East Asia market
- Contacting the shipping lines/ Co-loader/Vendor to arrange bookings/ solve any problem incurred.
- Coordinate & handle import/ export shipments from/to oversea
- Dynamically and effectively dealing with customers’ complaints.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/ University graduated (Priority to Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistic/ transportation, commerce or equivalent)
- Speaking & Writing Chinese are priority
- Having experience (at least 2 year) in freight forwarding is an advantage
- Excellent in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing English
- Careful, proactive, good communication skills and responsibility at work
- Can work under high pressure
- Willing travelling to provinces or oversea for working
