Job Description

1/ Contract & Legal docs of Company

• Draft and revise contracts, agreements;
• Review and draft company in-house legal documents/Forms;
• Manage and submit documents of application, amendment to the competent authorities: intellectual property (copyright, trademark…), IC, ERC...

2/ Legal Update and Advice

• Keep abreast with updates in Vietnam Laws;
• Perform advice related to issues including advertising, labor, intellectual property, etc. as prescribed in law.

3/ Information Security Management

• Apply information security management (ISM) for all staffs, suppliers and Clients;
• Train staffs about the ISM process;
• Prepare and perform jobs related to the ISM process when being assigned.
• Other duties assigned.

4/ Other Duties

• Translate contracts, agreement and other document;
• Train legal knowledge and guide on the compliance with internal regulation to manager/director level and the Company’s employees.
