Junior Legal Associate

• Provide legal advice for investment team to start new project.
• From a legal perspective, participate in or support the negotiation with EPC Contractor, client and/or third parties.
• Compose, revise, and negotiate various contracts in English and Vietnamese.
• Work with law firm to wrap up different contracts through the implementation of legal due diligence process.
• Provide needed document for the legal procedure.
• Daily support on legal advice to other teams within the company.
• Properly arrange company contracts and other legal documents.
• Translate legal documents and information from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
• Provides day to day legal support to business, such as advising, drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating a wide range of contracts for daily operation activities;
• To consolidate and draft templates for agreements and provide training on corporate contract policy to stakeholders;
• Proactively identify, evaluate and advise business stakeholders and relevant internal stakeholders on legal risks;
• Help to ensure compliance with SOI’s policies and law such as anti-trust, anti-corruption and data privacy as well as industry code of practice;
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect company business/operations and effectively communicate such changes to the relevant internal stakeholders and provide necessary trainings to business and support functions;
