Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

· Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs
· Assist line manager for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department heads
· Take lead of Sales Rep recruiting activities to ensure the efficiency of manpower
· Take lead of employee experience journey from on-boarding, integrating, performing and retaining phases
· Promotes Employer branding by proposing and leading branding activities in regions and social media channels
· Conduct regular meetings with managers and staff to check in with business unit
· Work closely with Center of Expertise team for training, development and rewards
· Lead sales development programs to build internal talent pipeline and succession planning
· Work closely with third party to manage contracts and labor-related stuff
· Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
