Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for middle - level positions and below, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals using either internal process or outsourcing vendor.
- Collaborate with TA Team to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc…)
Resource management
- Coordinate with warehouse management team to provide resource demand analysis, resource tracking and fulfillment.
- Provide advice/ consultant to management team about labor law/ practice to ensure 100% compliance and resource optimization efficiency
- Execute disciplinary process to enhance transparency and straight forward culture within warehouse.
- Acting as a bridge to enhance DB Schenker HR programs to employees, “help-desk” to solve employees’ concerns upon corporate policy, payroll, pension …
- LDO and exit interview management
Vendor management
- Record and analyze vendor performance, drive vendors to achieve peak performance on recruitment and compliance.
- Drive vendors to come up with CAPA for any failure and/or violation of employees
- Chair weekly meeting with vendors to review KPI and execute new pass-down(s)
Training and development:
- In conjunction with L&D team to drive and deploy training and development programs and process including needs analysis, training plan, program delivery and evaluation to reduce competency gaps
- In conjunction with Culture team to drive cultural program and enhance employee’s commitment.
- Conduct orientation training for blue collars
- Manage and conduct COC training/ refresh training courses according to training matrix
Report and data management
- Timely provide reports as per POR to relevant parties, including but not limited OT report, turnover report, headcount tracking report …
- Prepare and provide ad-hoc reports for Internal/external audit purpose (RBA …)
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience & Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum college’s degree. HR major is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar fields.
Technical Experience:
- Well-understanding of Labor Law, HR Practice
- Knowledge of warehouse organization and management is preferred
Skills & Language:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a demanding and customer dynamic working environment
- Excellent English communication & reporting skills
- Competent knowledge in Information Technology, especially of Microsoft.
- Knowledge about working with macros, VBA, Power BI is an advantage
