Recruitment

  • Planning recruitment strategy based on budget and project requirements
  • Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees
  • Creating a pool of IT candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, fan page and media channels.
  • Proceeding with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing of the pool of applicants.
  • Building up and maintaining good relationships with universities to support recruiting activities
  • Updating information about recruitment trends, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.

C&B

  • Be responsible for managing C&B activities of the company.
  • Be responsible for managing social, health and unemployment insurance; prepare and submit labor and social insurance reports to local authorities.
  • Be responsible for SHUI & PIT (included PIT finalization).
  • Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, OT, bonus, allowance for all employees;

On/Off Boarding:

  • Arrange all docs needed to welcome newcomer/ exit interviews for employees

Labor contract

  • Prepare probation contract, labor contract, appendix, decision,…
  • Follow to review members and renew contract

Report

  • Report directly to Managers about members status, recruitment status, …
  • Prepare and submit report to Labor Department, Social Insurance Department,…
  • Contribute improve and develop working environment
  • Support Admin about activities in office

Yêu cầu công việc
  • English skills are must
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in IT - software industry.
  • Experience in recruitment (prefer tech).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
