* Recruitment (50%):
- Plan and serve recruitment needs from departments.
- Build and continuously improve recruitment procedures to reach the great experience for candidates and high efficiency.
- Build a unique, attractive and professional employer brand for our company.
* Corporate culture and internal communication (30%)
- Organize interesting, meaningful events, activities, ceremonies.
- Create and develop internal communication channels to spread direction, strengthen connection.
- Advise and deploy strategies to build company culture.
* C&B, admin and others (20%)
Yêu cầu công việc
* At least 2 years experience in HR role:
- Recruitment (job post, collect & scan CV, interview, offer, on board)
- Organize internal activities eg. team building, events, ceremonies.
- * Have advantages:
- Have experience in tech startups, headhunt service companies
- Multinational companies or in dynamic working environments.
* Skills, competence
- Good logical & critical thinking.
- Problem solving, planning.
- Ability in self learning especially in HR jobs knowhow.
- Like reading.
- Master Microsoft office + Google tools
- English: Intermediate
- Good listening skill
