- In charge of overall human resource management, building Company’s planning and strategy, related to staffing, recruiting, training, compensation and retention
- Works with head of other departments to identify staffing and recruiting needs for head office and other branches
- Manages and evaluates the cost and effectiveness of recruitment process
-Establish HR practices, processes, and policies
- Organize welcome sessions, popularize Company’s culture and guide to new employees
- Being responsible for the employee training and development
- Develop regulations on salary and bonus to stimulate employees to work
- Build a positive working environment; Resolve conflicts between departments or employees gently and peacefully
- Propose and organize events and teambuildings to motivate and connect employees
-Review and manage on monthly payroll and related issues (PIT, OT, insurance,etc.)
- Supervise and manage the employee evaluation and reward system, maintain compensation and benefit plans to ensure the Company attracts and retains employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedure
- Conduct ongoing research into trends, regulatory and technology changes, labor law,…
- Other tasks assigned by CEO

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Law or a related field
- At least 7 years experience in similar position
- Experience in recruiting or setup in foreign office will be preferred
- Fluent in English for 4 skills (Compulsory)
- Thorough knowledge of Labor Law, Tax Law, Insurance and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and personnel information management system.
