  • HSE_HR Admin focuses on ensuring the health, working environment and safety of all employees, complying with the provisions of the law on Fire Safety System, health, and the environment, ensuring proper operation of the law, preventing accidents or occupational accidents and minimizes the adverse effects that may occur under normal operating conditions. In addition, he/she supports HR to perform other jobs in the administrative and human resources, complete other requirements of the Board of Directors.

HSE

  • Managing the inspection of Fire Safety equipment and fire protection system to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law.
  • Planning for fire protection training.
  • Planning, implementing periodic training and dissemination of safety for employees.
  • Implementing/coordinating the registration and verification of machinery with strict requirements on occupational safety.
  • Check quotations from the outside training company to train forklift drivers and issue occupational safety cards for employees who take strict work on occupational safety.
  • Keep track of scheduled health checkups.
  • Updating new legal regulations on Labor Law and Labor Safety
  • Prepare and manage records related to Safety, Environment, Fire protection, health examination
  • Work directly and submit periodic reports to state agencies.

HR Admin

  • Daily attendance check.
  • Monitoring and receiving feedback on food quality.
  • Follow up-to-date data and employee records.
  • Support other jobs when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Graduated from College above, major in HSE, HR or related fields.
  • Good at Computer skill (Excel, Word, PP...)
  • Good at communication and problem solving.
  • Have experience at least 1 years in HSE for foreign’s company
  • Team work oriented and fast learner
  • Be able to communicate in English
