Mô tả công việc
1. Manage and Organize workforce and staff functioning.
2. Monitor and minimize the staff turnover
3. Control and propose company rule, discipline role, Tidy, 5S, Safety, Hygiene and environment in order to promote company’s goodwill.
4. Command HRM activities.
5. Analyst and implement labor relationship and industrial relationship management to be realistic and feasible.
6. KPI management internal meeting and report.
7. Evaluations Human Resource Manager are based on regarding Key performance Indicator (KPI).
8. Organize training program.
9. Organize incentive, motivation and efficiency improvement program.
10. Develop Vietnamese member to be management level e.g., leader, supervisor, chief, head and manager.
11. Mindset leader for energy saving.
12. Build a team, mind set, rapport program to be SMT family.
13. Arrange HRM weekly meeting and subjective meeting with report.
14. Implement 3 ways communication improvement in organization.
15. Implement Happy working environment program (HWE) with various activities.
16. Implement win-win-win policy for customer-company-worker.
17. Promote positive thinking strategy within the organization in order to cope/adapt with changes
18. Coordinate and deal with government organization or ex-organization.
19. Manage administration field with save purchasing cost, electricity cost, …
20. Update and make sure all document satisfy Audit Document from Customer
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated in Bachelor of Labors, Human resources, Business administration (University)
2. 05 years experiences at least with same positions, prefer in Textile & Garment
3. English communication
