* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR activities in Vietnam in Attraction & Sourcing, Compensation & Performance Management, Global Mobility and Benefits, Employee & Labor Relations, Learning & Development, Succession & Talent Management and HR Systems & Processes in the 3 locations Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Da Nang, approximately 250 employees nationwide.
- Drive employment engagement through the strategic initiative in the combination with several HR programs and people discussion with department heads.
- Drive employee development through training activities, training on the job, establishing a coaching culture, exchange programs and improved leadership skills
- Play a lead role in organizational effectiveness matters to enable the organization to meet business goals and ensuring sustainable organizational set up for future growth
- Develop and constantly improve talent management to support business growth and ensure reliable succession pipelines for key positions
- Develop and execute on HR strategies and programmers and establish SOPs to accelerate organizational learning and effectiveness to achieve the company’s objectives
- Develop the HR function to ensure a motivated and skilled HR team(total 4)
- Active member of the core Management Team (Mancom) of Roche Vietnam and Asia Pacific Regional HR Leadership Team

* Education and Qualification:
- Minimum a Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 8-10 years of Human Resources business partnering experience
- Experience in working in the leadership level
- Experience in emerging markets in Asia is preferred
- Good leadership, interpersonal and consulting skills
- Deep business understanding
- Is strategic and yet hands-on and resourceful
* Other skills & abilities
- Languages: Business Level of English, Fluency in Vietnamese is optional
- Strong leadership especially in the area of competency in below to drive the transformation and develop the organization.
