- Social Media campaign
+ Enhance social channel optimisation
+ Devise integrated plans, social campaigns and toolkits
+ Manage data driven projects from conception to delivery
+ Work with analytics team to summarise, report and optimise online product delivery
- Overseeing the day to day running of social media channels (Social channels; Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.)
- Plan and execute all growth hacking, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, event and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Work with IT team regarding functionality of Website and development of upgrades.
- Had the experience in working with the latest marketing methods and tools such as automated marketing (InfusionSoft, GetRespone, etc.), social marketing (Hootsuite, Facebook Ads, etc), re-marketing (Facebook remarketing, etc.) and affiliate marketing (Post Affiliate Pro, etc.).
- Providing the digital brand strategy platform to clients and researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products and customer
needs and insights.
- Reviewing brand in terms of market overview, creatively define and lead campaigns to drive acquisition and retention revenue - including analysis of prospect and client data to inform campaign creation, competitors analysis.
- Develop strategy and reporting framework for social media and email marketing campaigns
- Monitor trending news and write social news stories.
Yêu cầu công việc
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, consulting, project management, or sales administration
- Idea generation and creative thinking
- Background of working in social media, with an enviable track record of growing traffic and engagement. Experience in editorial tone of voice and social copywriting.
- Intuitive and analytical, understands how audiences use social media
- A passion for social media and digital platforms
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media
- Past experience building audiences either online or offline
- Fluent written & spoken Vietnam & English, and understanding of the Vietnam market.
