We are looking for a highly motivated and intelligent person for the position of lawyer in Hanoi with tasks and requirements as followings:

Corporate Lawyer (2 years plus – post qualification experience)
* Responsibilities:
• support clients with legal advisory including:
- Transactional advisory, preparation and review of related contracts and reports
- Company Formations and setup – related agreements; general licencing
- Review of complex commercial contracts including
- Ad hoc advisory to the client (foreign entities doing business in VN or foreign invested entities in VN) is required, deep general knowledge expected
• Legal Research and internal updates on a case by case basis

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2+ year experience after lawyer certification.
• Experience in an international law firm is a must.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is essential. Studies or work secondment in a foreign country preferred but not essential. German (or other) Language skills are a benefit.
• Able to work in a team, willing and able to supervise and review team members
• Strong structuring, analytical skills and strong communication skills
• Willing to develop personally
• Honesty and integrity essential, long term commitment essential.
