  • Good knowledge of Vietnam market trends and potential change that might affect clients
  • Understanding of Accounting, Tax and economics, which impacts Tax and business transactions in Vietnam market
  • Doing research and making recommendations on Tax issues to Tax managers and above levels
  • Identified areas of engagement efficiency improvement, risks assessment, controls development, training, monitoring and reporting
  • Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients
  • Demonstrating flexibility and good business sense, persistence, and determination
  • Clear communication on decisions and expectations toward team members as well as support team members on career development
  • Providing timely guidance, direct feedback and coaching that contribute to the development of the staff
  • Understand objectives for stakeholders, clients and Deloitte whilst aligning own performance to objectives and sets personal priorities
  • Develop themselves by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador
  • Seek opportunities to challenge themselves, collaborate with others to deliver and takes accountability for results
  • Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and stakeholders
  • Ensure all project qualifications, deliverables from projects are contributed to global knowledge database
  • Lead gathering, documentation and sharing of lessons learned from each project
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Knowledge of Tax practices and procedures
  • Auditing or finance qualifications (preferred)
  • Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skill
  • Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills
  • Have good understanding others to build strong relationship within the organization
  • Enhance awareness of employee relationship management
  • Demonstrate independence, problem solving skills
  • Show excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Show ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Be willing to spend time reading and learning new things
  • Be proactive and results oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Law, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Tax field
  • Previous experience in the same position
  • Experience working for Big 4 would be an advantage
  • ACCA/ICAEW/ Vietnamese or foreign CPA preferred
  • Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in social and business communication at a minimum Business Level
  • Vietnamese nationality
