Assisting Legal Executive in the followings:

1. Legal Task

﹣ Handle a variety of general corporate legal matters

﹣ Draft and review the simple contracts, agreements, arrangements, and other legal documents arising from the Company’s operation.

﹣ Submit and report legal issues and risks of the Company to Management.

﹣ Proofread and edit correspondences, reports, and other related materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and standards.

﹣ Prepare, submit, and follow up contracts, legal documents and application dossiers to relevant Authorities for any required licenses.

﹣ Prepare, submit the. Board's report and any legal documents related to listed company.

﹣ Support other departments in dealing with claims and disputes

﹣ Consulting with Company’s lawyers as and when necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.

2. The Secretary of Board’s Committees

﹣ Acting as the Secretary of Board’s Committees

﹣ Maintaining the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership of the company.

﹣ Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs).

﹣ Preparing the minutes of meetings and all committees’ recommendations and resolutions.

﹣ Following-up on the actions, resolutions and recommendations as defined in the minutes.

﹣ Disclose and submit relevant reports to relevant Authorities

﹣ Translation/interpretation (Vietnamese-English)

﹣ Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor's degree

- Specialization: Law

- Experience: from 5 years experiences (experienced in Listing company IPO is preferred)

- Foreign language: Good atEnglish

Others requirements

- Knowledgeable of laws and regulations of Vietnam.

- Experienced in listed company (IPO) at least 01 year.

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

- Strong communication skill (both verbal & written).

- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.

- Good organizing and time-management skills.

- Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills.

- Bilingual resume (Vn/En) will be prefer.
