Chief Accountant

- Lead and oversee all financial matters of the company to ensure effective management of company’s financial resources
- Manage, inspect, guide and implement accounting transactions in accordance with the accounting law, taxes law and accounting policies; Manage finance and property in accordance with Government’s accounting and financial regulations and EQUEST Group’s
- Budget and cash flow control and manage to meet capital requirement of the Group following budget;
- Maximize capital investments
- Follow up department’s and branches’ budget, provide BoDs with information to make decision timely.
- Analyze the efficiency of Company projects, constructions and products.
- Balance the financial plan of the Company and the subsidiaries
- Maintain relationships with subsidiaries, banks and financial institution, as well as EQUEST to maintain capital for business development
- Advice BoDs in project valuation, investment and other finance accounting activities.
- Action as General Accountant when needed
Yêu cầu công việc
- BA degree in accounting / business admin; Master or CPA, CMA are preferred;
- Minimum 8-year experience in Finance Management for a large company (Group and Subsidiaries)
- Experience in Education companies is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
