Mô tả công việc

- Assists in a range of legal issues related to Representative Office and subsidiaries/affiliatessuch as M&A, Investment, Risk Management etc.;
- Translate contract and other legal documents;
- Research on corporate regulations, foreign investment, commercial activities etc.;
- Research on corporate establishment/ restructuring including labor/ tax/ property matters etc.,
- Prepares or assists in the preparation of legal opinions/advice, legal research and analysis, briefs and reports, documents, etc.;
- Assists in daily business legal issues (draft & review commercial/ service/ purchasing contracts…)
- Assists in review of due- diligence, SPAs, capital transfer agreements, JV contracts, BCC contracts, and legal documents;

Yêu cầu công việc

- 2- 3 years’ experience
- Minimum education level: Bachelor (Law University)
- Have knowledge and experience in establishment procedures and operation of foreign businesses in Vietnam.
- Experience in working with DPI, DOIT, DOC…
- Experience in top tier law firmand broad industry like FMCG, Agriculture, Entertainment & Media …
- Experience in M&A legal due diligence, or checking legal risk through reviewing contract/related documents is preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong negotiating skills, oral and written communications skills.
- Flexibility, initiative and good problem- solving abilities
