COMPENSATION & BENEFIT:

  • Be responsible for monthly Payroll process accurately & timely for the whole company include Head Office and Factories. (Binh Tan, Long An, Hung Yen)
  • Oversees the maintenance of records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations, licensure, and tenure in full compliance
  • Manage all personnel matters regarding labor contract (signing, extended, termination)
  • Update & communicate all C&B policies & ensure 100% understanding of employees
  • Conducts, along with HR Manager for orientation (e.g. introducing personnel, payroll, employment benefits, policies, assisting with enrollment forms, etc.) for ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes
  • Supports & develops a wide variety of written materials (e.g. letters, forms, procedures, etc.) for documenting activities
  • Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (e.g. processing of personnel actions, including new hires, tranfers, promotions, termination, and completion of state reports) for being timely, accurate, legal and meeting organizational objectives
  • Prepares a variety of reports as HR Manager’s request. (manpower, employee record, turnover…)
  • Update & advise to HRM Labor Law periodically and update policies
  • Support the administration of employee handbook or union contract. Including participation in the labor relations meetings, employee investigations, resolving HR and Payroll issues raised by employees
  • Conduct Exit Procedure and guide for exit employees

RECRUITMENT

  • Be responsible for recruitment for Sales Department (non-management levels)
  • Keep update policy with Recruitment team to ensure recruitment in compliance
  • Double check with recruitment team about entry employees to make sure the information go right with employee record
  • Support Recruitment team in conducting Induction program on the joining date of new employees

TRAINING

  • Support training team in organizing mass training (Sales)
  • Follow up tranees’ evaluation after training course
  • Contribute and create improvements for training activities
Yêu cầu công việc
  • At least 3 years in the Compensation and Benefits field
  • Good presentation skill (both English & Vietnamese)
  • Excellent Excel skill
  • Degree: Bachelor
