1. Main responsibility:

- Control all C&B activities in terms of payroll, labor contracts, annual salary review, performance bonuses, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports, etc. Ensure payroll is adequately and properly documented and filed for internal and external audits.

- Take leadership of the performance appraisal process and take required actions for performance-based salary review and bonus payout.

- Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.

- Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies, responsible for the administration and delivery of compensation and benefits programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent.

- Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.

2. PIT & Administration of employee’s benefits:

- Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in strict compliance with the PIT law.

- Comply with the PIT law in administering benefit practices that the company provides to employees.

3. Statutory insurance contribution:

- Accurately calculate statutory insurance contributions, including social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, for the company and the employee respectively in strict compliance with the Social Insurance Law.

- Take payment of statutory insurance to the government in a timely manner

Adequately and timely administer insurance claims (for medical treatment, maternity, accidents, etc.) by the company employees.

- Ensure adequate and transparent records of statutory insurance contribution amounts for reconciliation with both the government social insurance company and the Finance Department.

4. Others:

- Conduct market surveys related to C&B practices to improve the competitiveness of the company.

- Performs labor issues or disciplinary processes if any violation of company regulation or requirements, ensure a company complies with its outside regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Update or build up policies on compensation and benefits for the company in balance of cost-caution and competitiveness.

- Participate in projects which the HR Department is in charge of or is involved

Take up ad-hoc responsibilities delegated by the immediate superior or the management in general.

- Builds and maintain a positive and influencing relationship with the executive management

Coordinates compensation processes like salary planning, bonus planning, and incentive scheme development.

5. Reports:

- Complete all the required monthly reports to the Finance Department/Managing Director/Regional Management in relation to salary, PIT, SIC, and C&B related costs.

- Complete the process of monthly SIC, insurance benefit administration, monthly PIT payment and annual PIT finalization in strict compliance with the government regulations and in transparent cost/expense alignment with the Finance Department.

1. Basics:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional designation is a plus

- MS Office and computer skills in general

- Effective communication

- Mobile and be willing to be transferred.

- Hard-working, proactive, able to work under high pressure.

- Careful and accountable

- Good at problem-solving & time management

2. Experience:

- About 05 years experience in equivalent positions with international or foreign companies.

- Have extensive experience in compensation and benefits or human resources.

- Have experience in process and handling violations of company regulations.

- Relevant work experience in designated compensation and benefits discipline(s).

- Experience in using HRIS.

3. Special Knowledge:

- Extensive knowledge of and ability to apply the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, PIT Law, and all the government regulations required for an HR professional.

- Cultural skills - understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes.

- Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence.

- Strong analytical & numerical skills and proficiency in major software especially Microsoft Excel.

- Attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written).

- Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements.

- Strong and proven analytical skills, and relationship-building skills.

- Possesses solid knowledge of multiple aspects of compensation (base pay, long-term incentive programs, annual incentive programs, sales compensation programs, and reward and recognition programs).
