Purpose of Position

  • Handing employee's benefits and compensations based on Company's policy

1. SOCIAL, HEALTH & UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE, TRADE UNION

  • Register Social insurance book for new employee and close book for resigned staff
  • Keep track and follow employees status to update on Social reports
  • Prepared all requested Insurance reports (internal & external) and submit on time.
  • Register Insurance card for employees, prepare all claim reports

2. PAYROLL

  • Payroll data maintanced and updated to Overt time - Saturday allowance, all kinds of incentives, salary adjustments, maternity leave,SI claims, un-paid annual leave.
  • Payroll computation
  • Accuracy of statutory withholding at source (including Personal Income Tax)
  • Cash benefits & other payment in payroll, procedures relating to expenses in payroll (such as: resignation, personal adjustment...)
  • Accuracy of payroll report

3. LABOR CONTRACT

  • Being incharge of labor contract relevant issues which includes to tracking the due date of definited labor contract, labor contract renewal/extension and/ or termination, labor contract annex (in terms of position promotion, salary change, and other change), probation pass/ fail I relation to labor contract sign-off procedure and probation termination

4. REPORTING: BEING INCHARGE OF ACCURACY OF

  • Periodical reports, including headcount report, Total Man hour report, Overtime report (OT/SAT), incentive report, reports to Accounting Team
  • Ad-hoc reports as per request of C&B Manager

5. HR Software

  • Control HR software system
  • Work with Regional team is to comply their guideline and training

6. Other HR Activities

  • Acting act as a signle point of contact for the cencerns/ querries from functional managers and employees
  • HR policies and processes/ Chính sách và qui trình
  • Labor Law
  • Employee and labor relations
  • Other HR activities as per business needs and Manager's requirements

Yêu cầu công việc
  • University Graduation
  • 2-3 years experience working in C&B field
  • Good at English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices, especially in Excel
  • Resilience and good problem solving
