  • Assist in leading and managing projects of change initiatives and people development to drive and lift up company to be effective organization.
  • Assist in leading and/or participating in change, communication and education process for deployment projects to business units and functions.
  • Be involved in developing internal communication strategies and plans for specific activity to meet specified communications objectives.
  • Assist and execute on performance management systems, KPI, performance coaching and feedback tools.
  • Assist in designing, advising and following up the implementation of frameworks and methods in organization design and people development especially in talent management: job architecture (organization structure, roles and responsibilities, spans of control, job descriptions), competency models, high potential management and succession planning).
  • Work closely with executives & Global Human Capital to ensure consistent performance management support and maintain momentum of people strategies alignment.
  • Assist in translating management and business requirements into needs assessments and relevant training and development programs and ensure effective implementation.
  • Develop training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
  • Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Select or develop training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
  • Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, communities, and/or university departments.
  • Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods; may recruit, select, and train instructors.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant majors.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in OD & Training.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong OD and training project management, policy development and reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills and skillful in excel, PPT.
  • Multiskilled, stakeholder management skills.
  • Mature, confident, initiative and proactive.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Starting job immediately is preferred.
