Mô tả công việc

● Manage and maintain the entire accounting system, including accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, monthly income statements and balance sheets, cash books and general ledger.
● Review the preparation of monthly withholding taxes and other financial reports.
● Ensure proper and accurate adjustments to your monthly account and produce monthly management reports.
● Responsible for HR such as salaries, labor contracts and reports, unemployment reports, work permits for foreign and local employees.
● Update Vietnamese laws and regulations related to finance to ensure that all tax issues are properly handled in accordance with relevant law,
● Responsible for all other office administrative works. Take care of all office documents for business licenses, statistical reports, orders and bookings for external services.
● Other assigned tasks as per request from Directors and regional CFO.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor of Accounting / Finance. At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
● Take high responsibility and attention to details.
● Excellent communication skills with colleagues and partners.
● Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
● Honest and independent work, problem solving.
● Sufficient knowledge of VAS / tax law.
